HEALTH ISSUES

Most people go about battling one health issue or the other. Some issues are curable while some are not. Am sure the next thing you'll say is "me i don't have any one ooooo". health issues need not necessarily be of an acute nature like the various CANCERS and HIV/AIDS. There are also other forms of issues which causes discomfort like the common cold can be annoyingly discomforting. health issues can come in various forms.besides the physically damaging health issues.
we also have the emotional health issue which can cause mre damage to one. while growing up i noticed that it was when i got into a quarrel with friends or siblings that i became ill... 
People who are emotionally healthy are in control of their emotions and their behavior. They are able to handle life’s challenges, build strong relationships, and recover from setbacks.Mental or emotional health refers to your overall psychological well-being. It includes the way you feel about yourself, the quality of your relationships, and your ability to manage your feelings and deal with difficulties.
Whatever internal or external factors have shaped your mental and emotional health, it’s never too late to make changes that will improve your psychological well-being. Risk factors can be counteracted with protective factors, like strong relationships, a healthy lifestyle, and coping strategies for managing stress and negative emotions.
some might say am speaking too many grammar but hey your health is important....and i believe it starts from your emotions
so work on your emotions...DO THINGS THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY TODAY
